Working Paper

Research Statement

My research focuses on cooperation and coordination failure in social dilemma situations. In particular, I investigate how differences in people’s characteristics (e.g. preferences, wealth, ability, motivation) and in the environment (e.g. incentive systems, institutions, information structure) influence individuals’ willingness to cooperate within groups. In my research projects, I use a combination of empirical and theoretical methods.
